Information leakage can have a devastating effect on businesses. Designs, marketing strategies, customer lists, active tender proposals – the loss or leakage of such sensitive information can have huge ramifications if it falls into the wrong hands. Risk mitigation relies heavily on archaic methodologies that lack the ability to identify critical knowledge or ‘know-how’ that drives business performance and do not provide sufficiently broad coverage to capture many critical information assets used in routine business practice.

In this session, our panelists will examine issues surrounding information leakage in the modern work environment, outline strategies to improve security and discuss legal implications of information leakage.
